Kenneth J. Smith, MS, MA, LPCC-S has had a passion for helping clients with Autism/Asperger’s, challenging mental disorders and questions of purpose and meaning for his whole counseling career. Ken has published on Autism and has been interviewed for articles on Friendship and Neurodiversity. Ken is honored to help anyone with neurodiversity or purpose/meaning/existentialist challenges
Ken is proud to found CAASS to provide help to people who are often overlooked or have a hard time finding help for their unique challenges. Ken is thankful to God to be able to use his unique blend of humor, diverse learning and inexhaustible special interest in weird and wonderful clients he has the privilege to work with. Ken likes to say none of his clients feel judged when working with him, as he is crazier than they will ever be!
Ken is proud to be weird and wonderful. Ken is also proud to have done research outside of humans, namely in swine.
Ken is also honored to provide in-person services to the region he came from, Ohio Appalachia , in Homeworth Ohio. If you want help and can come to the office in Homeworth Ohio, no one will be turned away as long as you ask for help.
